The Dublin MidLeinster Region is delighted that Alex Burnham, from Mazars Ireland will present at our next regional meeting. Prior to joining Mazars, Alex was employed by the British Army for 14 years, during this period Alex under took the role of Network Operations Control (NOC) manager for a high security network providing services to 50+ locations around the world ensuring the consistent confidentiality, integrity and availability of all of the services provided. Alex was also employed as a Security consultant and 3rd line network support engineer with the Department of Transport in Ireland.
The presentation will cover the following:

- Discuss the current and future challenges
- Introduction to Cybercrime and how it impacts the Health Sector
- Discuss controls to help mitigate the risks
