The revised Dignity at Work Policy for the Public Health Service applies to both Section 38 and Section 39 agencies. This policy aims to protect public health services employees from bullying, harassment and sexual harassment from other employees and from others with whom they may come into contact during the course of their work. All employees are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. A workplace which values diversity and inclusion is one which empowers it’s employees and staff to appreciate the differences that may exist between them.
