We have a long heritage in Ireland, operating here for almost 100 years and we are known as leaders in respiratory medicine. Today, our Dublin headquarters is home to our commercial business. Through our sales, marketing, market access and medical teams, we make a range of almost 150 prescription medicines and vaccines available to patients in Ireland. We are one of the largest providers of childhood vaccines to the Health Service Executive and all immunised babies in Ireland receive at least one GSK vaccine.

Our Cork hub is home to global support staff working in our R&D, pharmaceuticals, and vaccines functions, while our laboratory at Carrigtohill industrial estate provides specialised analytical support to our global manufacturing network and supply chain teams.
