Terms and Conditions

• Fees are fully payable in advance of the conference date.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to rosemarie@hmi.ie no later than 15th October 2025.
• Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
• No refund for cancelled registrations after close of business on 15th October 2025, (substitutions allowed).
• Where we have not been advised of cancellations or substitutions prior to 15th October 2025, participants will be charged in full for non-attendance.
• The HMI reserves the right to alter any part of the programme or other arrangements for this conference; including cancellation or postponement of the event should unforeseen circumstances require it.
• The HMI accept no responsibility for resulting costs or inconvenience to delegates in this case.
• Shuttle bus from Heuston Station and return will operate if there is
