Meet the HMI Faculty

Happy New Year and welcome to the first HMI update for 2015.

We are off to a busy start here at HMI and are looking forward to working with you throughout 2015. All of our consultants have expansive C.Vs. combined with rich and extensive experience across a range of specialties.  Each has honed their experiences to bring a sharper focus to working within and understanding the complexities of the healthcare sector. Our strengths lie in the high standards we set in terms of approach, delivery and outcomes. Flexibility and reliability are also key to our approach when working with clients, both old and new.

As we start into another year, the pressures in terms of service delivery remain difficult. What may be required is a new way of considering issues and taking an alternative approach to resolving them. If you have a requirement in 2015 for a fresh approach to organisational strategy and development, HR practice, workforce development, performance management or training interventions, we would be delighted to speak with you.
