Team Working Skills

Continuous improvement in any organisation requires individuals with different skills and abilities. Teams, however, have a much greater chance of having a range of collective abilities than any one individual; hence, in today’s setting there is an emphasis on building and developing teams in the workplace. This course is focused on helping teams become more effective. It commences with helping participants develop their understanding of teams and teamwork. The course looks at the strengths of the team and the roles people play within them. It is an interactive training day that reflects on team dynamics, personality, style and the strengths team members bring to the success of teams.
