HMI Member Only Event – Formal launch of HMI Strategic Plan 2026-2029 and outline of HMI Membership programme
We were in contact recently about our upcoming member only event when we will formally launch the HMI Strategic Plan 2026 – 2029 and outline of HMI membership programme.
This meeting will take place on the 23rd of March 2026 starting at 15.00 and finishing at 17.00. We will host this meeting online via Zoom and we will forward the Zoom link prior to the meeting.

- Introduction to the key strategic themes shaping HMI’s future
- Reflection on insights from the Inaugural Members’ Event
- Setting the context for member engagement and mentoring
Introduction to Mentoring: Facilitators: Tina Joyce & Caroline O’Regan
- Why mentoring matters for health & social care leadership
- How mentoring aligns with the HMI Strategy
- Overview of the mentoring approach and next steps
Close of meeting with final comments from the President.
