We are delighted to announce that our key note guest speaker is Dr. Mary Collins, Positive Psychology, RCSI who will speak on the topic of Intergenerational working.

• Understanding generational difference in the workplace
• What each generation values
• How to lead and build high performing teams
• Practices tools for manager working across age groups.

Dr. Collin’s presentation will be followed by a World Café, a facilitated breakout session for members, where we want to hear your views about member needs and the strategic goals which we should aim for.
