The course discusses the differences between bullying, harassment and sexual harassment, what an employee and employer can do if experiencing inappropriate behaviour at work and how to submit formal complaints.

Being an Active Bystander at Work

Being an Active Bystander at Work looks at how staff can make a difference and help prevent or stop inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. It empowers staff to intervene, get involved and help prevent a situation from escalating or causing more suffering for the person experiencing it, when safe to do so. After the course, staff should feel more confident in being an active bystander.
