HMI Forum for Managers Cork 20 April

Key Developments for Managers

MDM Room in CRC Building, CUH, Wilton, Cork

Managers will have a vital contribution to make in the future development of the Irish Health Services. The Croke Park Agreement has opened the door for change and managers have been asked to respond to the opportunities it has created. At the same time, managing performance with a strong developmental orientation, will be key to ensuring excellence in on-going management.

The HMI Forum for Managers in Cork on Friday, 20th April is an exceptional opportunity for managers to learn first hand about each of these initiatives and to have an opportunity to discuss implementation with their colleagues.

The forum will be introduced by Breda Kavanagh, General Manager, South Tipperary General Hospital, and will include presentations by:

  • Pat Harvey, Chair of the PSA Health Service Implementation Body will provide an update on the Croke Park Agreement.
