HMI Forum for Manager series: Ardee, September 2011

The Health Management Institute of Ireland (HMI) is pleased to announce the next meeting in our successful Forum for Managers series. These meetings allow managers to discuss those critical matters affecting the future shape of healthcare delivery in Ireland from a range of critical perspectives.

Our upcoming forum, Croke Park Agreement – Lessons from Implementation, will take place in the Regional Education Centre, St. Bridget’s Hospital, Ardee on 8 September 2011. It focuses on the challenges and successes in implementing the Croke Park Agreement in Dublin North East (DNE) and looks at implementation from both the service suppliers and patients perspective.

The forum will be introduced by Stephen Mulvanney, RDO DNE and will include presentations by the Area Managers responsible for implementing the agreement. Pat Harvey, Chairman of the National Implementation Body will provide a national overview and comparative analysis of progress to date.
