Core Skills of Management

The time for effective management has never been more important than in today’s challenging healthcare environment. This practical and interactive programme was developed specifically for managers working in the Irish health services and is delivered by experienced facilitators with a healthcare background. It is topical and relevant, enabling programme participants to develop the core competencies in management required to manage contemporary issues.
