The Health Management Institute of Ireland (HMI) deliver all management development; healthcare records; and professional skills open and in-house training programmes through their strategic partners shrc limited. Both organisations have had a strong working relationship since first collaborating in 2003. Established in 2001, shrc limited was founded as a Management Consultancy. Today, shrc is dedicated to providing a full range of professional management consultancy, management development and education services to a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors. shrc limited is a FETAC registered provider. Conor Hannaway BCL, BL, MSc (Mgmt), CFIPD
Conor is Managing Director of shrc limited. A trained barrister and experienced consultant, Conor works across the health service on high level strategy development projects and provides executive coaching to senior managers.

Keith McCarthy BA, MBS (HR Strategies), MIITD
An experienced management consultant, trainer and facilitator, Keith works extensively across the health services on training and organisational development projects.

Occupational Phsyiotherapy Solutions (OPS) Limited

Training partners of the HMI
HMI delivers their manual handling, people handling and DSE workstation assessor training courses through their training partners OPS. These training courses are delivered as public courses or an in-house courses. OPS is a FETAC registered training provider.

OPS consultants and associate consultants are all chartered physiotherapists.  OPS is a specialist company providing consultancy and training services in the areas of: People Handling, Manual Handling, Display Screen Equipment/Visual Display Unit Assessments/training and Ergonomics. Lelia Jennings MISCP, Dip SHWW (Physiotherapy)
Lelia Jennings is a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in the area of ergonomics and health and safety. Lelia has considerable experience in the areas of ergonomics, patient handling, manual handling and display screen equipment assessments  and training.  She is manual handling advisor to a number of healthcare organisations and has been actively involved in developing manual/people handling policy and risk assessment protocols within these organisations.

Muriel Johnson MISCP, M.Appl.Sc (SHWW), CMIOSH
Muriel Johnson is a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in the area of ergonomics and health and safety. Muriel has considerable experience in the areas of ergonomics, patient handling, manual handling and display screen equipment assessments and training. She represents OPS on the Health and Safety Authority’s Manual Handling Advisory group which has set standards for manual handling instructor training and people handling instructor training in conjunction with FETAC.
