The Clinical Strategy and Programmes Directorate has been established to improve and standardise patient care by bringing together clinical disciplines and enabling them to share innovative solutions to deliver greater benefits to every user of HSE services. The Directorate has established a number of National Clinical Programmes which will have a significant impact on service delivery for service providers and users.

This meeting provides an excellent opportunity for HMI members and non-members to find out what progress has been achieved from implementing the programmes to date, and hear the challenges faced by managers during implementation.
