The inaugural annual conference of the Health Management Institute of Ireland will address the key strategic and operational challenges facing the health services in Ireland. It will examine the manager’s role in leading and directing transformational change.

The opening address to the conference will be given by Dr. James Reilly T.D., Minister for Health and an outstanding panel of Irish and international speakers includes Cathal Magee, Chief Executive Officer, HSE and Dr. Martin Connor, Head of the Special Delivery Unit, HSE.
