The next ‘Certificate in Management Skills’ programme (Leading to FETAC Level Managing People Component Certificate) is due to take place in Cork on the 6th, 7th and 14th April. This increasing popular programme runs over three days and is competitively priced at €675 per person.
This programme is targeted at managers/supervisors working in a health service environment and who manage people/teams on a day to day basis. This practical and interactive programme focuses on the key skills and practices required by managers on a daily basis. An outline of the programme content is set out in the attached brochure. Broadly, it includes: Role of the manager/leader; Employee performance; Communication skills; Culture/managing change; Employee relations skills; and Personal effectiveness.
